B. EXCEPTIONS This is an anti-weathering limited warranty and does not apply to other causes of degradation, including Pro Form Premium steel fascia which is not applied properly or used other than for its intended purpose (fascia), scratching, abrasion or impacts of hard objects, improper storage, settlement, shrinking, distortion, warping, failure or cracking of the material to which the fascia is applied, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, cyclone, gale, lightning, fire, ice, direct or indirect sprays or vapors, vandalism, misuse or other acts of God.
