C. REMEDIES If the product shows manufacturing defects, write to Pro Form, P.O. Box 43, Virginia, Minnesota 55792, Attention Warranty Department. Include the date the fascia was installed, lot number of product, color of product and name of original owner. Do not begin repairs until authorization is received from Pro Form. Further, Pro Form must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product for defects. If the product is determined to be defective, Pro Form at its option will either repair or replace the defective fascia at no cost to the owner.
