i. Conditions
Pro Form reserves the right to discontinue or change the
fascia and colors if your fascia is not available. Pro Form
shall have the right to substitute fascia, which it
considers of equal quality and price. Pro Form may direct
and pay a third party to perform any remedy under this
warranty.

All rights and obligations of Pro Form
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the state of Minnesota. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary to state from state. |
