A. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Pro Form Premium steel fascia is guaranteed to you, the original property owner(s), by the manufacturer, Pro Form. Pro Form warrants against defects which result in cracking, chipping, peeling, rusting or splitting. This warranty is in effect for a period of 20 years from the date of installation.
Pro Form Premium steel fascia will not change color more than five NBS (Hunter) units. Color measurements are to be made by ASTM D-2244-85 and only on clean surfaces after removing surface deposits and chalk per ASTM D 3964-80 (1985).

B. EXCEPTIONS
This is an anti-weathering limited warranty and does not apply to other causes of degradation, including Pro Form Premium steel fascia which is not applied properly or used other than for its intended purpose (fascia), scratching, abrasion or impacts of hard objects, improper storage, settlement, shrinking, distortion, warping, failure or cracking of the material to which the fascia is applied, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, cyclone, gale, lightning, fire, ice, direct or indirect sprays or vapors, vandalism, misuse or other acts of God.

C. REMEDIES
If the product shows manufacturing defects, write to Pro Form, P.O. Box 43, Virginia, Minnesota 55792, Attention Warranty Department. Include the date the fascia was installed, lot number of product, color of product and name of original owner. Do not begin repairs until authorization is received from Pro Form. Further, Pro Form must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product for defects.
If the product is determined to be defective, Pro Form at its option will either repair or replace the defective fascia at no cost to the owner.

i. Conditions
Pro Form reserves the right to discontinue or change the fascia and colors if your fascia is not available. Pro Form shall have the right to substitute fascia, which it considers of equal quality and price. Pro Form may direct and pay a third party to perform any remedy under this warranty.

Allocation of Repair

All rights and obligations of Pro Form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary to state from state.
